Publiscist of Ed McMahon has annouced a celebration will be held in honor of the Tonight Show sidekick on July 1st, 2009. It is stated that this will be an untelevised event which is scheduled to be held at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in North Hollywood and will be hosted by NBC. Details have yet to be finalized including guest list.
